This is my RP outline. Originally I was interested in exploring the relationship between prestige brands and fashion. However, during the process of gathering information, I found out the topic is too broad. So I changed it into discussing the relatioship between fashion magazines and consumers' behavior and attitude. Below is my outline.

Thesis Statement: Fashion magazines will influence female college students’ attitude and behavior on clothes and accessories purchasing.

I. Introduction and definition
A. Fashion magazines nowadays have already become a big and popular category
among magazines.
1. Japanese and American style fashion magazines are flourishing.
2. More and more kinds of fashion magazines are publishing.
B. Female college students’ highly dependence on fashion magazines.

V. Decreasing multiformity and creativity among female college students
A. All in the same style
VI. Conclusion
Fashion magazines can be a good media to deliver fashion information to the public. However, the exaggeration and over-advertising in fashion magazines can lead to negative effects on people. We must be careful and objective while reading fashion magazines; otherwise we may also become the victim of fashion magazines.
